Les procès américains en podcast

"Le projet consiste à procéder à l'enregistrement audio et à la diffusion sur internet des procès en cours. Partant, une première expérimentation, qui rendra téléchargeable les données des bases électroniques des enregistrements des tribunaux, devrait débuter dans les prochains mois.


« L'enregistrement sera exclusivement volontaire, et à la discrétion des juges » précise le juge Thomas F. Hogan, président de l'organisme consultatif, pour qui cet outil devrait susciter une adhésion rapide et massive. « Nous espérons que cet effort soit vu comme une tentative pour rendre les procédures légales plus transparentes ».


N'importe quel citoyen pourra ainsi tout connaître des dépositions, des envolées plus ou moins lyriques des avocats ainsi que les verdicts."
